Welcome to the Blue Eagles

Hi!
Welcome to New Jersey and more specifically the Blue Eagle family. We look forward to meeting you, and if you haven't been contacted by someone please e-mail us at 32Keyspouse@gmail.com so that we can insure you are properly greeted.  In the meantime, we hope that this blog will assist you as you try and navigate your new home.

In this blog you find pages about some of the popular areas to live and eat are, which doctors are favored by other spouses as well as some great on base resources. This blog is kept by the 32 Key Spouses in the hopes that it will help you and your family find your way around the area easily. Before you set off exploring the resources that lie within this blog, let me take a few seconds to answer a few questions.

What is a Key Spouse?
The key spouse program is an Air Force sanctioned Commander directed program. That's basically a fancy way of saying that a Key Spouse has gone through training and that each Commander can shape the program to his/her own desire or need. With that said, the Blue Eagles have choosen to use the Key Spouse program as a way to welcome families and to help support our families while their active duty member is deployed.

Welcoming a Spouse.
We are still developing an effective method of welcoming families, and we sincerely hope that we can help meet your need despite the fact that we are still establishing our welcoming protocol. If you have any questions feel free to e-mail us at 32keyspouse@gmail.com. If you have any suggestions on how we can improve, please feel free to e-mail us as well!

During a Deployment-What a Key Spouse does!

When your spouse deploys, a Key Spouse will be contacting you on a monthly basis (if not more frequently) and checking in on you! The Key Spouses have the resources available to help you out with almost every problem that could arise, so please do not hesitate to call or ask. When your spouse is returning from a deployment, the Key Spouse will be contacting you throughout that week to let you know of his/her estimated time of arrival and of any changes that may occur to that time.

Why is this site so generic?
The first concern of everyone is the safety of information regarding our active duty members. With that said, this site WILL NOT list specific times or arrivals or returns. This site is not sanctioned by the Air Force in any manner. This is simply as site established by a spouse to be used by other spouses. Nothing more.
