I, Brandie, used Joe McColgan on the recommendation of a spouse who was stationed here prior to me. My husband and I LOVE him! He was very family friendly, didn't mind having to drive myself and my two small children around to homes while my husband was in FTU. It didn't bother him if we had to "call it a day" earlier than planned due to my children having melt downs or needing naps. My husband appreciated his attention to resale value, area, and his desire to make sure we bought a "sturdy" home. Joe had extensive knowledge regarding the varying laws and building codes specific to New Jersey. Joe really invested his time in the hunt for our home.
